What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. After 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount for the service. 

How do you accept payment?

You may choose to pay privately for this service, or if you have NDIS funding (Self and Plan Managed) you may use the funding allocated in the following:

Capacity building supports – Improved daily living and/or Improved Social and Community Participation
Core – Daily Activities & Social, Community and Civic Participation

You will need to sign a service agreement with us before we can provide services to you. We will then send invoices to your or the designated email for payments.
